Jerotech.cloud offers comprehensive digital solutions, including professional website design, web development, domain registration, hosting, and related services. All services encompass the entire process - from conceptual design, development, deployment, to ongoing maintenance are all handled entirely in-house by our dedicated team. This approach guarantees the highest standards of quality, security, and customization.

Eligibility and account responsibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction. By creating an account or using our services, you warrant that you meet these conditions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

Use of services and acceptable conduct

You agree to use our services for lawful, ethical, and permitted purposes only. You shall not:

  • Use our services to promote illegal activities or infringe on any rights.

Custom content developed for clients remains the property of the client upon full payment, with Jerotech retaining rights to underlying frameworks, tools, or proprietary code.

Client content rights and license

You retain ownership of the intellectual property in your content. By using our services, you grant Jerotech a non-exclusive license to host, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services. You guarantee that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Code ownership and export clause

All websites, features, and related functionality are developed and maintained within an internal/managed environment. As a result, access to the underlying source code, project files, or export packages is not provided or licensed to the client. The client is granted the right to use and display the finished website or deliverables as agreed, but may not download, copy, modify, reverse‑engineer, or transfer the underlying code or system configuration. Any requests for code export, cloning to external platforms, or migration of the internal technical setup fall outside the scope of this agreement and may require a separate written agreement, if offered.

Data security and confidentiality

Jerotech is committed to safeguarding client and user data. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure hosting environments, access controls, and regular security audits.

You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet carries inherent risks. While we strive to secure your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to handle sensitive data responsibly and ensure your systems meet appropriate security standards.

GDPR compliance and data privacy

Jerotech.cloud complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. We process personal data lawfully, transparently, and for specific purposes such as providing our services, customer support, and marketing communications. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Support

While we aim for maximum uptime, scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily impact service. Maintenance notices will be provided in advance where feasible. Support is available for technical issues, bugs, and service inquiries, following the standards outlined in the SLA (if applicable). Warranties, disclaimers, and limitation of liability

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jerotech, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
